Refund Policy for Hotel Reservations and Accommodation Bookings
At Black Buck Homestay, we strive to provide a transparent booking experience for all our guests. Please read the following refund and cancellation terms carefully before confirming your reservation. By completing a booking, you acknowledge and agree to the refund policy outlined below.
Bookings Made Within 48 Hours of Check-In
Reservations made within 48 hours of the scheduled check-in date and time are non-cancellable and non-refundable. No cancellation requests or refund claims will be accepted for such bookings.
Bookings Made 48 Hours or More Before Check-In
For reservations made at least 48 hours before the scheduled check-in date, guests are eligible for a 50% refund of the booking or advance amount (excluding applicable taxes and fees) only if the cancellation request is submitted within 24 hours from the date of booking. After this period, the booking becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Bookings Made 7 Days or More Before Check-In
For reservations made 7 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, guests are eligible for a full refund of the booking or advance amount (excluding applicable taxes and fees) only if the cancellation request is made within 48 hours from the date of booking. Once this cancellation window has expired, cancellations and refunds will no longer be permitted.
Bookings Made 30 Days or More Before Check-In
For reservations made 30 days or more before the scheduled check-in date, guests are eligible for a full refund of the booking or advance amount (excluding applicable taxes and fees) only if the cancellation request is submitted within 7 days from the date of booking. After the 7-day cancellation window, the reservation becomes non-cancellable and non-refundable.
Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method. Refunds are generally initiated within 7 to 10 business days. The actual credit timeline may vary depending on the payment gateway, bank, or card issuer.
